The Bible clearly states that the stories and people written about in the Old Testament were given to us for our instruction and learnings. (1 Cor. 10:11, Romans 15:4) The story of one such person stands out above the rest in the story of Joseph.

Romans 3:25–26

God’s righteousness is not limited to one group of people.

The last several devotions have been all about the “The Need for the Gospel.” That none of us are worthy. This next section moves into “The Heart of the Gospel: Romans 3:21–5:21”

Who is God? What has God done for me? How does God view me? What does this mean to me?

After building his case piece by piece, Paul delivers the conclusion: “None is righteous, no, not one.”
