Growing up I used to think that when I got to Heaven, I would have this big sit-down meeting with Jesus and my guardian angel. And the meeting would kinda be like a coach going over film. God would walk me through scenes of my life – the good and the bad – and explain the reasoning behind it. But then a few years back, an older and wiser Christian told me.....

I’m writing this post on the first day of spring…although it certainly doesn’t feel like it! Yesterday, in my part of the US, we had a massive blizzard, and it feels like winter has lasted forever.

No one is too far from God’s plan and reach to not be used by Him.

In 1979, archaeologists discovered the original silver scrolls, which are believed to contain some of the earliest texts of the Book of Numbers in the Bible, dating back to the late 7th or early 6th century BCE. These scrolls are the oldest known original texts from the Hebrew Bible. They include the verses from Numbers 6:24-26, which read: “The Lord bless you and keep you; the Lord make His face shine on you and be gracious to you; the Lord turn His face toward you and give you peace.”

Reflecting on this past week, what do all our conversations have in common with one another?

Isn’t it interesting how Jesus is described as both the Good Shepherd and the Lamb of God?
